  • Missing items in the order
  • Quality issues such as spoiled produce

How to Request a Resolution

  • Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery
  • Share product images and order details
  • Contact via support channels (WhatsApp or website)

Refund Process

  • Processed to the original payment method
  • Typically completed within 1โ€“3 business days
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative

Important Conditions

  • No refunds for change of mind
  • Opened or used items are not eligible unless defective
  • Medicines are only eligible if incorrect, damaged, or expired
  • Physical returns are not accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons
